Course Outline
Large Scale Scrum (LeSS) builds on top of the Scrum’s foundation of empiricism, cross-functional self-managing teams and provides a framework for applying that at scale.
It provides simple structural rules and guidelines on how to adopt Scrum in large product development.
The Certified LeSS Basics (CLB) course is a 1-day introduction to the LeSS Framework. It provides an overview of the framework and some of the essential concepts that it uses.

Will there be an exam: No. The Certified LeSS Basics (CLB) credential will be awarded to those participating fully in the workshop. This workshop will also provide 8 SEUs (Scrum Education Units) with the Scrum Alliance.
